I just went on TWG and the homepage said that it's not working because they are under DDOS attack, anyone know what this means?

DDOS means that somebody (a single person or an entire group) sends so many requests to the IP-adress of the homepage that the server is unable to respond to every request. They "ping" the server, and the sheer mass of pings crashes the server.
