Contracts(+1)

I got a contract offer from some Gm that was kind of poor, they offered me a 2nd level contract with like 30 percent merch bonus, needless to say I rejected but it got me thinking. If that guy sent me a contract does that mean the fed system has been sorted?

i guess so since i heard that the fed seasons in TWG is going to start in 2 or 3 weeks

older gms CAN still send out contracts.that doesn't mean the system is back up.
the system will be up when the new panels are given and people can start working on the shows

congrats
